After graduating Kyushu Institute of Technology, Naruatsu Baba devotes himself to developing iApplications while studying for his doctorate degree. In year 2003, Naruatsu develops “Coloni-na-Seikatsu” which was inspired by PHS AirH”Phone. In year 2005 he releases “Coloni-na-Seikatsu Plus.” Naruatsu gained a lot of following for being a pioneer for location-based communication applications.
Due to the drastic growth of users for his website, Naruatsu resigned from an IT company he was working for at the time and incorporated COLOPL, Inc. His company aims to invigorate Japan by offering location-based entertainment applications.
Zachery Coelius is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Triggit, the leading real-time bidding platform for innovative marketers and their agencies.
Triggit uses sophisticated technology to bring efficiency, scale, transparency and control to digital marketing campaigns across more than four million websites and billions of impressions a day.

Zachery attended the University of Minnesota as an undergraduate where he was named by the USA Today as one of the top 20 college students in the nation in 2004 and as a runner up in 2003. He was also the recipient of the George Mitchell scholarship where he received a master’s degree in International studies at the University of Limerick.
Evan is the General Manager of foursquare, where he is responsible for corporate development, business development, marketing, operations and finance. Prior to foursquare, Evan worked at Bebo in London (and then AOL, post-acquisition) as SVP of Strategy and Operations. In this role, he worked to identify, assess and push forward commercial growth opportunities. While in London, Evan also worked as a strategy consultant specializing in the television industry. Evan began his internet career in 1996, when he joined Jupiter Research as an analyst, forecaster, and market research specialist. Evan holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor's degree from Harvard College.
Iain has spent the past 12 years working across various digital media from the BBC to BSkyB in a variety of technical roles. He founded his first startup, an entertainment listings service for mobile devices based in California, in 1999 and is now driving TweetDeck to becoming an entirely new way to consume streams of realtime information and to become the first true realtime browser.
Vanessa Fox, called a "cyberspace visionary" Seattle Business Monthly, is an expert in understanding customer acquisition from organic search. Robert Goldberg

Robert Goldberg is the CEO of Zynga Japan and has served as SVP of Corporate
Development as well as SVP of Business Operations. Robert brings over 25 years of
senior management experience at industry leading media, e-commerce, enterprise
software companies and venture capital firms.
Prior to Zynga, Robert was the Managing Director of Crossroads Ventures and early
stage venture firm. Prior to founding Crossroads, Robert was the Managing Director
at Idealab where he pioneered the
capital-efficient strategy of "innovation through milestone investing" which tied
frequent operating and innovation milestones to successive capital investments.
Previous to joining Idealab, Goldberg spent 20 years in senior management, corporate
investment and strategy positions at media, e-commerce and enterprise software
companies, including NBCi,
Looksmart, and Thinking Machines. He has developed and invested in successful
companies across many industries including Web Search, Decision Support Systems,
Enterprise Search, Performance Based and Cross Media Advertising. Robert holds a
Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Applied Science from Columbia University in
New York City.
Robert has also served as a director for numerous companies as well on industry and

After that, he start worked on "i-mode" and search engine at NTT DOCOMO Inc.
In December 2007, Akinori has joined mixi Inc.
He established his new mobile business project "mixi mobile" and now it has become a key growth driver for mixi.
In June 2009, he became EDO of mixi, and he promotes "mixi applications", "mixi Nengajyo".
To enhance the socialization, they have released “mixi Do kyu-sei”, “mixi Voice” and so on.

Nobuyuki Hayashi

Nobuyuki Hayashi (also known as Nobi) is a freelance tech journalist and author based in Tokyo. Best known for covering news from Apple, Inc. on variety of Japanese media, he has also been covering other IT companies such as Google, Twitter from early on; he also has been on many foreign media introducing the tech life in Japan. Since 2007, he started lecturing to various Japanese industrial organizations and acting as consultant to various Japanese IT startups. Hitoshi Hokamura

Hitoshi Hokamura is a General Partner of First Compass Group where he is in charge of incubation and strategic consulting. In Spring of 2000, Hitoshi started an Internet streaming technology company along with an engineer from Apple, Inc. Hitoshi successfully raised $12M and sold the company.
Hitoshi Hokamura is also an active board member of SVJEN, a networking group for Japanese who work in Silicon Valley.
Hitoshi advises several high tech companies both in Japan and the U.S. He his a graduate of Faculty of Engineering The University of Tokyo and received a MBA at IMD Business School in Switzerland.

Nils is the co-founder of Beautylish, a social beauty site providing makeup tutorials and product reviews. Nils was previously the CEO and founder of Aryty,

Phil Libin is the CEO of Evernote. Prior to joining Evernote, Phil founded and served as president of CoreStreet, currently one of the top companies providing smart credential and identity management technologies to governments and large corporations throughout the world. Atsuhiro Murakamio received a BA in Economics from Keio University in year 1997. Atsuhiro was in charge of corporate reformation and IT promotion for many large japanese corporations. In March of 2005, Atsuhiro founded “Tabelog,” which is now the largest gourmet site. Since April of 2009, Tabelog started subscription business for restaurants. Atsuhiro is still currently the director of Tabelog Division and continues to run the business.
Saumil is the co-founder and CEO of Chlkboard. As a pan-continental serial digital media entrepreneur from Silicon Valley to Asia Pacific, he manages sales, marketing, and operations at Chlkboard, the local mobile ad network. He has a long history in all things digital, particularly cross roads of digital and advertising. Prior to Chlkboard, he was the co-founder and CEO of Sydus, which he took from incubation to a successful exit. He has managed the P&L’s in advertiser funded digital solutions for mobile and web, managed music & entertainment business within these segments, including @Sydus, the largest pan Asian advertiser funded mobile music service with clients such as Barcardi, Virgin and Pepsi.
